At the Rocking Horse Emporium, we can provide everything you need to build or restore your own Rocking Horse.

We have our own in-house specialist leather craft-workers who produce all of our tack.

All our kits are available in our online shop.

Rocking Horse Size Guide

Rocking horse sizes vary from maker to maker, there are no standard sizes for all horses and as result we make our accessories to fit our horses. As a guide our horse sizes are as follows; Small Horse measures 18� inches or 47 cm overall body length, Medium Horse measures 25 inches or 63.5 cm overall body length, Large Horse measures 27 inches or 68.5 cm overall body length.

We also 'make to measure' if required, please ask for quote.

Rocking Horse Saddles

At the Rocking Horse Emporium, we design and make all of our leatherwork in our own workshop.
We currently offer a choice of a Nail on Saddle, Removeable Saddle, a Collinson's reproduction saddle and a Lines Bros. (Triang) reproduction saddle. We can also make to order English Rocking Horse Saddles, Racing Rocking Horse Saddles and Western Rocking Horse Saddles. All of our saddles come complete with stirrup leathers, saddle cloth, stirrups, crupper, cantle strap, pommel strap, dummy girth, daisy pins, nails and full fitting instructions.

Rocking Horse Bridles

We can supply nail on or removable bridles for your Rocking Horse. Nail on bridles are supplied with sufficient leather strapping and dome nails for fitting. Removable bridles are supplied ready to buckle on with Brass Buckles and Bit.

We can make to order removable bridles for almost any rocking horse, please ask for details.

Rocking Horse Metalwork Accessories

Our metalwork section includes stand fittings, stirrups and pins for fixing tack.

Rocking Horse Hair

All of our Manes (with forelock), Tails and Kits are made from genuine Horse Hair with fixings and fitting instructions included. The colours currently available are chestnut brown, blonde/white, black and grey.
