Traditional hand carved heirloom quality rocking horses

Our Rocking Horses are hand carved individuals, with no two rocking horses being truly alike.

We make our own tack and accessories, giving us great flexibility and ultimately giving you a greater choice with more available options and as a result a rocking horse finished just the way you want it.

Our horses are available in 3 sizes, with all sizes either 'ordinary' or 'extra carved' finish

Hair Colours

We use real horsehair on hide, Hair is available in Chestnut, Blonde, Black and Grey (please note, as real horse hair is a natural product, colours may vary in shade)

Stand Colours

All our safety stands are made from Ash and are available clear varnished or stained American Walnut, Jacobean Dark Oak, Victorian Pine or Rosewood and Varnished

Rocking Horse Dimensions

Size 1

Our 'Size One' horses are suitable for children ages 3-5 years and are great for homes with smaller rooms. Measuring approximately 94cm high to the ears and 112cm long (including stand). p>

Size 2

Our 'Size Two' horses can be ridden by children from around 5 years old up to a small adult (all our hoses are tested to take adult weight). Measuring approximately 106cm high and 130cm long (including stand).

Size 3

Our 'Size Three' horses can be ridden by children from around 8 years old up to an adult. Measuring approximately 115cm high and 135cm long (including stand)

These sturdily built and wonderfully proportioned horses will add beauty, warmth and ambience to your home.

How To Order Your Rocking Horse

To order one of our hand carved Rocking Horses for yourself, as all our new horses are bespoke in nature and are made to your requirements, please allow up to 12 weeks before the date you require the horse, preferably more at busy times such as the run up to Christmas. If you need a rocking horse at shorter notice please do contact us as we still may be able to help.
